Agreement to Terms

Project Terms

All projects require a signed agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
Typical payment structure includes an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments
Late payments may result in project suspension and late fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided
Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
Maintaining their website after project completion (unless covered by a maintenance agreement)

Revisions

The number of revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific results or outcomes from our services
Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or future technologies

Any warranties related to specific projects will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modryn Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination:

Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
Modryn Studio will deliver all completed work in its current state
Neither party will be liable for damages resulting from termination

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services.

Portfolio and Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Modryn Studio reserves the right to:

Display completed projects in our portfolio
Use project details in case studies and marketing materials
List your company as a client

Confidential projects can be excluded from our portfolio upon request.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or recommend third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Modryn Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
